When going on an expedition, it’s always best to sit down beforehand with a map, a timetable and a bank statement and plan the journey properly.
Using undirected interviews and our analysis and modelling toolkits, we set out to learn as much about your project and its goals as possible from you and your users. We then start planning the content, structure, information architecture and navigation.
We produce a service prototype - like a journey itinery - allowing you to visualise how the service will work before the actual website design and programming begins. We test this prototype on real users and makes changes and amendments early, and therefore simply and cost-effectively. It means that we all know where the journey is taking us, and we don’t get lost or diverted on the way.
